A BIT ABOUT ME

After giving birth to four boys without a birth companion, I had an eye opening experience when my fifth son was born with continuous and comforting support throughout my labor.

I realized that many women miss out on having a special, positive birthing experience because they don’t have a Doula by their side.

 

Inspired by the impact that a Doula can make, I pursued and enrolled with Childbirth International and obtained certification as a Labor Doula.

 

Since then, I assisted many parents, supporting their diverse choices, providing comfort and assurance.

I also saw the benefits of the Gena Kirby Rebozo Method and got certified to practice it.

 

I became a Certified Aromatherapist in 2016, and I obtained my Herbalist Certification in 2017 through Heart of Herbs Herbal School, founded and directed by Demetria Clark.

I offer experienced Aromatherapy services to my Doula Clients, and tips on how to safely use herbal remedies during pregnancy and postpartum.
In addition, I am studying to become a Certified Childbirth Educator and Breastfeeding Educator, to offer even more tools as part of my support packages.
